Individual Golfer - $350 includes 18 Holes with cart, lunch, dinner and awards ceremony.
Corporate Foursome - $1500 Includes all of the above for each participant, plus a course sign.

In accordance with the Internal Revenue Code, the amount you paid in excess of $275 per golfer is considered to be a charitable contribution to the Foundation for Sight and Sound.
